Looking for a super fun way to get your yoga on? Well, look no further. Dance yoga takes a refreshingly playful approach to increasing your balance, flexibility, and strength.
First half of the class leads you through hatha style (nice and slow) yoga poses. The second half, those poses are put together for a fun and flowy vinyasa flow style choreographed sequencing of poses to popular and energetic music.
Classes are an hour and 15 min, to allow 15 min to glow accessorize before the party begins.

Since childhood, Lisa has always wondered why people behave the way they do, including herself. This led her to pursue a Bachelors of Art in Psychology. Following a desire to understand herself and others, she set out on a lifelong pursuit of learning how to best influence herself and others to make changes that will ultimately lead to better relationships, health, and ultimately, happiness and fulfilment.
Yoga has been an essential part of that natural evolution and path, as yoga promotes wellness from within out, as well as from outwards in. Lisa commenced her Yoga Alliance RYT 200 training in early 2019, and, more recently completed training for Aerial Yoga through Aerial Yoga Academy. She has incorporated her love for dance and music by spending the last few years creating dance yoga choreographies to fun and empowering songs.
